What role does security play at Coomera Waters?

The CW Security Team are present to maintain order in the community. They are responsible for monitoring activities on the community streets and facilities including the Rec Clubs, retail precinct and Sandy Beach. They respond to community phone calls and house alarms. They conduct vehicle patrols, foot patrols, monitor cameras and respond to calls from our community members. What things should I report to security?

Any activity that involves destruction of common property, or people being on premises where they do not belong. If you become aware of this sort of activity please report it to Security. Call Security if you feel threatened or in danger - or if you see some incident where someone else is threatened. Call Security if you have arranged for with an ambulance, firetruck or police to come onto the estate so Security can guide them in. Call Security also if you have any major sewerage or gas/water/electrical issue after hours so they can help assess your situation.
